It has been a busy old week over on my YouTube channel including my first impressions video about Elvie. This game changing product is going to be included in the Oscars goody bag on Sunday and I wanted to find out what it was all about.
How would I describe Elvie …. well, it is a pelvic floor exercise tracker …. a fitbit for your lady bits if you will. Why not? We track everything else in our lives, so why not track how effective we are being at training and maintaining this important part of our body.
