Urban Wool – Fifi Friendly Festive Fast Five

A few months ago I started researching wool bedding and came across a fairly awesome brand called Urban Wool. Fairly quickly thereafter the kids and I had taken ownership of some new organic wool bedding.  You can read more about my thoughts on it here …. but it is safe to say this has been such a great investment for us. Our Urban Wool bedding is organic, it is washable, it regulates our temperature when sleeping, we are sleeping so much better and most importantly for me, it is super comfortable …. in a plush luxury hotel bed kind of way. My previously comfy bed has been transformed to somewhere I cannot wait to dive into at the end of the day. Today, Stephanie from Urban Wool is answering my Fifi Friendly Festive Fast Five.

 

 

1. What would you love to find under the Christmas Tree this year?

2. What is your favourite festive tradition or way to celebrate the holidays?

Historically it’s going to Midnight Mass at our tiny village church with our mums. Then Christmas Day my lovely mum does her thing and cooks a fabulous feast for everyone. We are lucky enough to live at the foot of the Clent Hills so we wrap up warm while mum is cooking and take our pups Ada and Flo for a good walk across them.

3. What product are you looking forward to decorating your home with this Christmas?

I adore our Christmas Tree and all the trimmings. We’ve collected pieces from our travels around the world so it really is unique and pretty special. My moms tree is the only one that betters it!


4. What is your best bit of 2016 and what are you looking forward to most in 2017?

The best thing for me in 2016 has been the rapid growth of our business. We’re now in selected luxury boutique hotels and shops which has been a big step forwards. For 2017 we’d be blessed if we could have more of the same and widen our customer base while keeping our traditional qualitative values


5. My new year’s resolution is ….

….. Spend more time practising what I preach – More sleep and exercise whilst continuing to reduce my intake of non organic goods.
