So yesterday I wrote a blog about RW Garcia’s Thai Sweet & Spicy Tortilla Chips with Flaxseed, Unbeknown to me it was National Tortilla Chip Day in the USA. I love that the Americans are more into their holidays than we are. I am more astounded, however, at my apparent psychic ability to write a blog on tortillas on their special day!
