I forgot how much I loved the the Organic Edaname and Mung Bean Fettucine by Explore Asian until I found one in the store cupboard this week. Great alternative to make a carbonara- esque meal. We substitute the cow dairy products with St Helen’s Farm Soft Goats Cheese which goes perfectly. This week we were out of Chicken so I used Heck Gluten Free Sausages. Yum!!!
