Healthy Nibbles has been bringing us lots of nutritionally certified healthy snack options with their MyhealthynibblHealthy Nibbles Snack Boxes and SMARTvending Machines. I first came across Healthy Nibbles one day at our local Post Office when they were posting off a load of their hand picked healthy snack boxes to some very lucky customers. These wonderful boxes are suitable for everyone and including those leading a gluten free, paleo or vegan lifestyle. When my first box arrived it was a veritable Who’s Who of some of my favourite brands and also some newbies to try too. Apparently I was not the only one in my family who liked it. I had to keep hiding my box as my son was using it as his own personalised arrangement of after school snacks.
The SMARTvending machines take healthy eating to the corporate offices, hospitals and schools of the UK. These SMARTvending machines are filled with nutritionally certified healthy snacks and make such a great change from the usual sugar bombardment normally available in these establishments. I love that all of the Healthy Nibbles’ products are free from artificial nasties like chemicals, preservatives, sweeteners and additives. If you need another great reason to try out Healthy Nibbles, how about their commitment to making sure that 40% of their producers are small or artisan.
Today the Founder of Healthy Nibbles, Sara Roberts, is answering my Fifi Friendly Festive Fast Five, I hope you enjoy it!
1. What would you love to find under the Christmas Tree this year?
I would love Diptyque candles, the lovely Liz Earle skincare range and a delicious box of Booja Booja truffles!
2. What is your favourite festive food, tradition or way to celebrate the holidays?
As a family we are starting to create our own traditions, as well as building on things from when I was a child. My 9 year old daughter buys a new Christmas decoration each year. We always read T’was The Night Before Christmas every Christmas Eve and my daughter and I go to the ballet each year.
Most importantly, Christmas is about reflecting on the true meaning of Christmas and having some quality downtime. Ditch the devices, embrace the cold with brisk walks and have fun!
3. What is your favourite wellbeing tip and Instagram account this year?
Wrap up and get outside! Visit the beach, go jogging in a forest, climb a mountain – anything that gets the heart rate up and helps you relax.
My fav Instagram account has to be @samanthahadadi She creates the most delicious, healthy treats!
4. What is your best bit of 2016 and what are you looking forward to most in 2017?
2016 has been brilliant for my company, Healthy Nibbles. We have put healthy, smart vending on the map. 2017, is set to be really exciting with new vending sites, new people joining the team and more innovation with our snack boxes and hampers.
5. My new year’s resolution is ….
With a new business, life can get hectic; missed gym classes, skipped meals…2017 is about looking after me as much as the business!
