Since I discovered the Wheat Free Bakery recently I have been loving pretty much every product I have tried. I love that they are local to me. I love how fresh the products are. They are upfront about all ingredients. You can choose to collect in person or they also do a nationwide delivery service which I tried last week. The pizza base is one product that has been a favourite. Not only does it takes good…. Result as so many wheat free bases are fairly awful…. it also has a few options.
Last week I decided to make a garlic bread with it. AMAZING, if I do say so myself. I drizzled it with olive oil, grated some fresh garlic and also some St Helen’s Farm Goats’ Cheese on it. Hey presto a great addition to dinner. It also tasted good the next day at lunch.
