Following on from my find in Udi’s White Rolls (blog here), I was quick to go out and try some of the rest of their range. Off I trotted to buy some of their the Multi Seeded Rolls and found them to be a bit of a disappointment. They were dry, crumbled when I tried to cut them in half to make them into a sandwich and disintegrated more when I picked them up to eat. The things that made the White Rolls great are not visible here. Did I speak to soon in singing the praises of your rolls?
